the staff were friendly. the room was clean and spacious, so it was relaxing.

the bathroom constantly leaked, even after i changed rooms. i don't think this is a five-star hotel. i left my billing information at checkout, and the front desk promised to email the invoice, but i haven't received it. i've left messages for the hotel, but no one responded (this is so frustrating!).
