constant bathroom leak billing information
the staff were friendly. the room was clean and spacious, so it was relaxing.
the bathroom constantly leaked, even after i changed rooms. i don't think this is a five-star hotel. i left my billing information at checkout, and the front desk promised to email the invoice, but i haven't received it. i've left messages for the hotel, but no one responded (this is so frustrating!).

the breakfast was very good. a view from my room were amazing. the rooftop lounge too. it was a great stay overall.

slow service subpar food
i found the room service to be unacceptable. i ordered food, and it arrived after two hours. i called them again, but they did not answer. i spoke with the reception, and they said they would inform me, but they never called back. after i called room service again, the food arrived after half an hour. the food quality was subpar, especially considering the wait time.

run down neighborhood small pool
the neighborhood was not excellent. it seemed run down. the pool was quite small. there was overcrowding and the water temperature was uninviting.

the room was big and the amenities were acceptable.
The bathroom floor was dirty. I noticed a lot of mold. housekeeping made our beds, but the bathroom was not properly cleaned. the front desk staff was unfriendly upon my arrival.

friendly staff great location amazing view
staff are friendly and hospitable. customer service officer niki gave assistance about the city. the hotel location and room comfort were good. the breakfast options were also great. the rooftop has amazing sunset views.
